Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch your order and email you a tracking link. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock is unavailable or a payment fails checks. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.
Payment
Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. We do not store your card details. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you authorise us to charge the agreed amount.
Delivery & returns

Intellectual property
All content on alfalah.uk — including the alfalah name, logo, imagery and copy — is owned by alfalah or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, alfalah is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by EU consumer law and the laws of the country in which you received your order.
