14-day returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return under EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Please return items in their original condition.
Beauty oils & perfumes
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty oils and perfumes cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day window.
How to start a return
Start your return here — enter your order number and the email you ordered with, choose the pieces you'd like to send back, and we'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. You can always email support@alfalah.uk instead.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we sent you the wrong order.
