Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the EU and UK, and to selected countries worldwide. Every order is packed with care and dispatched by our EU-based suppliers.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched by our EU-based suppliers within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is confirmed, and a second email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your country. Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch, not from the moment of order.
Shipping costs
Delivery is €15 for orders under €60, €10 for orders of €60 and over, and free for orders over €200. Your delivery cost is confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Import duties or taxes charged by your destination country, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please email support@alfalah.uk and we'll look into it right away.
